Custom Design Request (PLEASE read description)

This is a submission for a Custom Design/Sign Request to be designed & cut from galvanized steel. 

The bullets below are just to ensure we exceed your expectations and ensure understanding of next steps as we look forward to working with you on your custom request. 

*The $5 charge for this request will be applied to your final agreed/proof approved order.  This minimal charge to submit just filters out any spam or squirrel chasing :)

*You MUST send a PDF, PNG, JPG, SVG or DXF of your design idea/logo, etc to CustomerService@ItsScrapicated.com immediately following order placement with the Order # as the subject. Please send your file withing 48 hours of purchase to ensure your order is not cancelled. Once received we will attach provided file to your order. 

*We will not/can not cut anything that is trademarked/copyrighted (ie, Disney, MLB, NBA, NCAA, Armed Services, Harley Davidson, etc). It is a violation of federal trademark law. We also will not copy another creator. 

*We do not powder coat.  We do not have powder coating equipment and outsourcing is cost prohibitive.  Our focus is bringing out the beautiful raw look of Made in the USA galvanized steel.  You of course are more than welcome to take your final design to be powder coated to a vendor of your choosing post production.

*If for any reason upon reviewing your submitted request and the emailed file, we do not think we can exceed your expectations, we will advise and of course refund your $5 initial charge.  Our focus is personal/for the home/gift use and we do not have the expertise at this time for commercial uses in most cases.

NEXT STEPS: 
Within 48 business hours (M-F) of receiving your request and your emailed file, you will begin receiving emails from us on status & timeline.
