Porch Candy®
All Porch Candy® items can be returned/exchanged within 30 days of purchase. All Porch Candy® display bases are warrantied for 1 year from date of purchase. Problem/defect/issues related to Porch Candy® display bases after 1 year will be charged as follows -
Any other issues with Porch Candy® display bases should be emailed to customerservice@itsscrapicated.com so they can be resolved.
Non Porch Candy® items
All refunds/returns/exchanges for non Porch Candy® handmade items are decided on a case by case basis. We want you to be THRILLED with your purchase and will do what we can to resolve any issue to your satisfaction. Refunds/returns/exchanges for non Porch Candy® items can be arranged by emailing customerservice@itsscrapicated.com. Buyers should take into account the complete description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description, we are not responsible for refunds.
DIY Workshops
In the unlikely event you are not able to attend your selected workshop date, you may pick up your shape as a craft kit for at home creating. Rescheduling to a new open workshop or refunds are not permitted. If you do need to cancel please email customerservice@itsscrapicated.com or call 217.210.2393
GIFT CARDS
All gift cards purchases are non-refundable.
